Who We Serve
- Returning citizens (formerly incarcerated individuals)
- Individuals experiencing or exiting homelessness
- People in recovery or sober living programs
- Veterans or adults referred by social workers, case managers, or community programs

How it Works
Referral Required
A case manager, probation officer, or support program must submit a referral.
Application Process
