Formerly Incarcerated Individuals

Veterans and Vulnerable Adults

Rapid Rehousing & HUD-VASH Clients
We collaborate with Rapid Rehousing and HUD-VASH programs to deliver immediate, flexible housing options for individuals and families in crisis. Our homes serve as stable bridges while clients work toward permanent housing solutions.
IDHS and Supportive Housing Referrals
Through partnerships with the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) and other agencies, we welcome referrals for at-risk populations. Our coordinated approach ensures continuity of care and maximizes access to wraparound support services.
